About Us
Planet Controls is company that combines systems integration, product R&D, in house product manufacturing and service and support. We specialise in the areas of building controls, Computer Room Environmental Monitoring Systems (CREMS), security access control systems and CCTV Camera systems.
History
In March 1999, Planet Controls was founded by managing director Eric Krcmar. Eric has extensive experience working in the field of building automation & controls
The business has since expanded and now has a wider focus including access controls, security alarms, CREMS, CCTV Camera Systems, photo ID solutions and building automation. In addition, Planet Controls R & D team has developed a series of affordable ‘off the shelf’ products for Computer Room Environmental Monitoring Systems (CREMS).
Our people
What began as a one-man operation has now grown to include a full time Brisbane-based staff of ten and many more business partners and subcontractors across Australia. Employees have been recruited to Planet Controls with varied specialist skills including electrical, electronics, software development and project management. In addition to our team in Brisbane we have a network of highly experienced contractors assisting with projects across Australia and internationally.
Planet Controls places an emphasis on technical and customer excellence and training is part of our everyday staff development. This strong technical base is supported by a dedicated administration staff.

Products
Being an independent company signifies Planet Controls is never locked into one product or range of products, enabling us the flexibility to obtain the absolute best solution for any situation. We are able to source products from globally, and further customise these products where necessary.
Our development team has been developing and expanding the capabilities of our own product the CREMS 8000 for the last four years. Planet Controls acts as a manufacturer, contractor and also a supplier to authorised distributors of the CREMS 8000.

Planet Controls has in place staff and equipment to provide an overall service and support package for products supplied and installed. Planet Controls has 24/7 on call technicians to facilitate around the clock systems support, using staff and a network of subcontractors in each state throughout Australia and New Zealand.
